Melanie joined Spring in 2010 to help our clients make sure their budgets are being spent wisely, and that they’re getting demonstrable results.
Melanie has nearly 15 years marketing experience and strategic planning experience. A particular strength is her understanding of digital marketing, having worked with the internet since the mid 90s.
In her early career Melanie worked client side for a variety of media owners including the Guardian, TimeOut.com, News Corporation and Pearson. So she has personal experience of the business pressures that marketing managers and directors face. She has also completed an MBA at Cranfield School of Management.
Prior to joining Spring Melanie worked agency-side on a variety of accounts including Innocent Drinks, Jordans, Ryvita, Kingsmill, Twinings, Nestle Milkybar, L’Oreal, Remington, Samsung, Sky and Aviva.
In her spare time Melanie is a published children’s author, which is an unfortunate choice of hobby given that she has a pathological dislike of having her photo taken.
