Our Non-Exec Director, Ian Cochrane, is former head honcho of Fitch and Landor. Having joined Spring in the summer of 2011, he spent the first stages of his NEDship getting to know his fellow Springers to find out what turns them on, what their plans are and what ideas they have for themselves and the business.
He loves Spring’s sense of total openness and transparency that you don’t often see in a business – in fact he thinks it feels more like a family than a business! Ian knows that the best way to grow a client is to make friends with them – find out what they like to do outside of work and join them doing it.
