Senior Account Manager

5 years agency side preferred. Understanding of brand, multi-channel communications campaigns, and community engagement and consultation. Be strategic  and willing to deliver the goods, too.

Senior Web Developer

Heading a small dev team building websites, apps and other digital tools. From client facing to coding, you love the possibilities of digital for brands and public organisations.

Not only are Springers stakeholders, but also we make every opportunity for staff of all levels to have input to client accounts and the running of the agency. Thanks to formal weekly production meetings, round table project initiation sessions and our open plan space, you’ll find that every Springer is engaged with every project, not just their own. This makes for a supportive and innovative environment, in which ideas and challenges are shared.

Perks of being a Springer include Friday gym, a twice-yearly personal cultural expansion grant, training plans and loans, and an extensive library of industry books and subscriptions. Once a month, the whole team gets the opportunity to learn from a ‘Spring Hero’ – people who excel in their own industries share some of their experiences with us. In the summer, our location really comes into its own, with Springers heading to the beach at lunchtime to swim, surf or simply revel in the atmosphere.

Whilst we operate a meritocracy in which everyone’s input is valued, the senior team brings enormous experience to the mix, allowing an ongoing mentoring programme to operate for less experienced Springers.
